At Udrive Fleet, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless and flexible vehicle rental experience. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which bookings can be cancelled, modified, or refunded. By making a booking through our website https://udrivefleet.com, mobile application, or through our support team, you agree to the following terms.

Booking Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their vehicle booking under the following conditions:

  • More than 24 hours before pickup:
    A full refund will be processed, subject to any applicable transaction or processing fees.

  • Within 24 hours before pickup:
    A partial refund (up to 50%) may be issued depending on the booking type and duration.

  • After the scheduled pickup time or no-show:
    No refund will be provided. The entire booking amount will be considered forfeited.


2. Modification of Booking

  • Customers may modify booking dates or times subject to vehicle availability.
  • Any difference in fare or applicable fees must be paid before confirmation.
  • If a modification leads to cancellation, the above cancellation policy will apply.

3. Cancellation by Udrive Fleet Udrive Fleet reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unavoidable reasons, such as:
  • Vehicle unavailability
  • Technical or maintenance issues
  • Legal or safety concerns
  • Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.)
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund or an alternative booking option, as preferred.
4. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Udrive Fleet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

5. Non-Refundable Charges The following charges are non-refundable under all circumstances:
  • Transaction or service fees
  • Taxes already remitted to authorities
  • Charges for damages, late returns, or violations of Terms & Conditions

6. Early Return Policy If a vehicle is returned earlier than the scheduled end time:
  • No refund will be provided for the unused rental period.
  • However, customers may contact support for consideration in case of verified emergencies.

7. Force Majeure Udrive Fleet will not be liable to provide refunds for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or accidents.
